Down a pound this morning!! Woot! ^.^ Very happy surprise. lol Going to try to stay on track today. But I have company coming over for a few drinks and some man bashing...one of my friend's long-term relationship just ended. Sooo medicating with good friends, a few drinks, and possibly making butts of ourselves by playing rock band on the xbox. lol. Going to make chicken breast for dinner not sure exactly what I'm going to do to them, but beating them thin and filling them with cheese and herbs sounds promising, might top them with a little toasted bread crumb. I brown/crisp the bread crumb on top of the stove then just dust the amount I want over the meat once I put it on the plate, lets me control the portion better and in general I use less. :P Green beans and aspargus tonight I believe. (my almost 3yr old possibly won't eat aspargus so need the green beans and an alternative) And oven roasted potato wedges. Hrm..should toast up some garlic bread to for my guests. And something for desert..I think I have cake mix, so I could do some kinda of strawberry, greek yogurt and cake parfait. And do two cup cakes for hubby since he doesn't eat strawberries. I think I have a plan. Today is house cleaning, and if any of you read my fb posts sweeping the floor again. -___- flour everywhere in there now. Thanks Jules....big help in the cleaning arena.
