Woke up this morning around 11am after going to bed around 10pm. Yikes! I probably dehydrated myself during my sleep because I initially weighed myself and I was 140.4. I decided to take in some more water then weigh myself and record that instead. If tomorrow I weigh 140 then that will really be exciting.
