And a big jump back up. That's okay.I know it's not because I had gigantic pieces of cake and M&Ms last night, although I did. I took my twin nieces out yesterday for birthday sushi with their mom. Had a great time. The sugar bomb didn't make me feel as crappy as I expected, which is surprising. But I'm back on the saddle today. Got my 21 Day Sugar Detox book. I have to fill out the multiple choice questionnaire to see which of the 3 menu levels I should be on -- strict or lenient. I'm guessing strict because I have such a struggle avoiding sugar.
