I have lost 51.4lb so far since mid to late January. I have taken myself off blood pressure meds (my doctor will be informed when I see him on the 30th). I'm not checking my blood sugars as often as I should, but I will be having my a1c redrawn tomorrow. I feel healthier which is so much more important to me than the number on the scale. Life is a mixture of the little successes and failures.
