This is the first time in a very long time and I'm actually excited about losing weight and I believe it's because of this application on my phone. Without FastSecret I would not of been able to accomplish this. I have used CalorieCounters and MyPlate and they don't have what this App does. I have given myself six months to lose 80 pounds but I think I will exceed that goal. As of today June 2nd unofficially I weigh 284.6 pounds in my BMI is 42.2, my estimated daily caloric needs are 3101 cal a day I found this website that is awesome it is interactive DRI for Healthcare Professionals - USDA library is nal.usda.gov. I will weigh myself Saturday morning so I can get back on track with my weekly weigh in.
