Down a bit and doing well. I have really lucked out this week – my office cafeteria has had reasonably good low-carb meals at the rotating entrée station: Roast beef, spinach stuffed chicken and pork loin – with generous helpings of broccoli/cauliflower/asparagus on the side. It certainly beats salad (which I have to turn to when they do ‘mashed potato bowl theme week’).
