Water Fast Day #7
large traces of ketosis this morning at 100mg/dL, I will just break a 14 hours dry fast. My tongue this time around is not getting white coated, which I don't mind at all! That could be that my detoxing process is working and getting better.
I have sometimes big cravings about any food, but they last just few seconds and I'm back normal. I'm trying to be strong! My anxiety is almost gone in these days, I don't have palpitations or heavy breathing so far, just some feelings of overwhelming sensations sometimes but extremely rare...as more I am in the fast.
