Didn’t do too well keeping calories under control yesterday. I was invited over to a friend’s place last night for an Irish breakfast. It has become a bit of an annual tradition. He orders in white pudding, black pudding, Irish bacon, sausages, and soda bread from a special mail-order Irish food company on the East coast and cooks it all up friends. It was all really good but through off my numbers. I am debating now if I should jump straight into introduction or use it as an opportunity to see how my body responds.
Other than that, doing well. Got lots of chores done around the house yesterday so should be able to just relax today.
