The overall trend is down, but I tend to bounce up and then down. Diet and activity level is pretty much the same. Time to make some alterations.
Just had Salvation Army pick up several bags of clothing that were too big. Also included some Michigan winter clothing I don't need in Virginia. Making progress, but I'd like to make it a tad faster.
