I don't know it's hard work!  

Because modern society may as well be designed to make us fat and unhealthy :) 

My guess is that like anything else in life, if it is worth having, it is worth fighting for.... OR life sucks :) 

In my other addiction group they always say "If you put half the effort into recovery that you put into your addiction, you will be a success at recovery". I know it was a tremendous effort for me to gain all this weight, deal with all the hardships (health,social,work) it has caused, and to maintain the weight and all the poor health habits it included. It is a full time job getting healthy but it was a job and a half staying sick and overweight. Thanks for all you share in the Tough Love Boot Camp forums. Your words have been very helpful. 

But it's the only available job on the market right now!
