Your body is made up of 60% water, so just eating too much sodium yesterday could make the scale go up today. Sore muscles from exercise, hormones, stress, medications, kinds of foods we eat, etc can all effect the scale. Fluctuations are normal. You can weigh something different all day long. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight.

I always weigh myself in at the same time in the same place and I do it every day. I noticed I flat lined the week before my cycle then the week after I lost a couple lbs. Now in this 3rd week I haven't recorded my weight everyday like normal because I gained like 3 lbs! I guess I just need to get through another month and see what happens there. I am fairly consistent with my intake and exercise. I only let loose once a weekend and I don't go extremely wild. Guess I just need to be patient )`:
