Well, it's by the hair of my chinny chin chin, as the old saying goes...but I'll take it. Looking back, I can see that my intake has increased, though rarely over RDI. I know the culprit. I'm simply not getting enough exercise...I'm taking a Nutrition course in college right now, and became intrigued last night when the prof talked about increasing your HDL by cardio exercise. I actually already knew this, but it kind of hit me in a new way, kind of like a challenge. We'll see where it takes me.
