Not sure why I lost a lb after having 5 days off from the gym and eating too many bad carbs. But I'll take it and expect that if I don't get back into my routine, it won't last.
Maybe my body needed a break. Maybe I'm dehydrated a bit from recent GI upset. Tomorrow and the next day will tell the tale. That's motivation to be good.
