Sounds like a water weight gain. It could be something as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Many things cause water weight gain. If you walk 5 hours today, you may see a gain tomorrow from your sore muscles retaining water. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. It is temporary and will go away.
