Really disheartened. I've not cheated at all yet i've put on 3.5 lbs. Dont think my 2 lots of swimming and walking with ankle weights on makes that much muscle. I've not been the loo for a few days though(not to be too crude), maybe that's it.
Going to have to try thr mims for fibre.

The gain could be from not going to the bathroom. If you have increased exercise, it could be from the muscles retaining water (they get little tears and water replaces to help them heal). If you have been sticking to your plan, then you know it is not a "real" gain and most likely water. so drink some extra water and keep going. Sodium could also be the culprit.
