I finally decided to officially "restart" my diet. So far I've been maintaining, which is better than I was doing for a while, but not conducive towards reaching my ultimate goal. I want to try and lose one pound a week or so. Theoretically that means I should reach my first mini goal (5lbs lost) right around April 1st.

Current weight: 169.5 lbs
Current body fat %: somewhere between 28% and 32% (Omron fat loss monitor readings fluctuated widely)

Distance to goal: -39.5 lbs, -15%
