A tiny loss! My rash is finally starting to disappear. I still have some of the hives but not all. The blotches are lessening also. Hopefully my weight loss will resume and my body stops holding on to excess water. My eyes are still allergy watery and some other allergy things are still going on. :(
Today is a lazy day for me but I'm still about to hop on the treadmill for 30 now and 30 later, or I may just do 45 now. Let's see how I do or see how interesting my 45 minutes show is. I love being able to stream a show on my kindle or phone and watch while walking/running.

I ended up doing 20 on the treadmill, a 24 minute walk with the dog, and then 39 minutes on the treadmill. I blew by my step goal today.

Congrats! I am impressed you are working through the rash - I don't know if I could do anything if I had to take Benadryl
