I have gone from 193.9 to 197.1 in a week now I have kept to my diet mostly 100% with a couple of reasonably well days perhaps my mix of macro-nutrients is wrong My knee joints are quite swollen especially the left knee - and I have not 'been' for three days perhaps that could account for it so much for me trying not to scale hope this week I will weigh and record daily
but I am quite upset by the result on the scales
