Holding steady at 150, I've been eating ok the last few days but not great, and I haven't been working out. I'm going to check out a local gym today, and possibly sign up. It looks amazing and is right on my way home from work, so it should be perfect! Once I can start working out regularly I'm sure I'll see some changes...and I won't have to feel bad if my diet isn't perfect! :D
