Just coasting along, not trying hard to lose weight. I have tried to not overeat, but definitely need to go back to a restricted diet soon. I've been really tired and had some depression problems, even though I'm still off caffeine. It's probably the winter blahs. I think when spring gets here, more sunshine and more fresh food options will help me get back on board.
