Finally got weighed at the hospital scales. Not a bad result considering all the miscalculated kcal entries and the fact I wanted for nothing during the past three weeks. Also the app gave me the total calories to loose weight slowly and I've done even better than their 1 lb a week prediction.'Still, the greedy person in me would have enjoyed seeing a more shocking weight loss of say 5-6 kgs. Onwards and downwards, I say! PS: future weigh ins will be done at home as my Tanita scales go up to 180 kgs. All I got to do is buy the two batteries needed. Oh Tanita, you haven't felt my weight for a couple of years now (minimum-truth is I've lost track).
