So, I'm starting this diet thing to support a friend who has become a coach for Beach body. I don't really want to be doing this, but I am going to give it a go.

When I was doing calorie calculations for this it was say I am supposed to be taking in 3020 calories based on my weight. That seems like an awful lot. It also came with shake mix, but the mix I already use has lower calories and lower carbs in it. Plus, I have more flavors of it (chocolate, banana, cookies and cream, and vanilla Chai vs just Strawberry). I almost thing I will just stick to my own mix for the most part, and incorporate the other one in occasionally.

The one part I'm OK with is the workout thing. It hooks up to my Amazon Fire Stick and I can do the routines from home. I still have to go the gym though. Mostly because I've pre-payed my membership through September. And it is next to impossible to get out of a contract with Planet Fitness.

Be careful with various calorie calculations becuase they are almost always way too high, I bet you would lose well at 1800 calories a day if it is full of nutrition!

Yeah. The program was telling me I should be taking in 3020 calories. That's not going to happen. Even FS tells me that I should be eating 2300 /day. However, I generally take in about 1500/day
