Hi information- thanks for the comment. I don't have any great ideas yet for exercise. Two things have worked for me in the past. One was having concrete goals for exercise related to diet. I did this this summer, and it worked, until I met my goals and exercise became more inconvenient. The second, which worked much better, was that I got excited about a sport, and that motivated me to exercise in relation to the sport. I am hoping to get the second one going again. My limitation is that I don't have the time to totally get into the sport (climbing). But perhaps getting into it a bit will be enough.
