1. Weight is holding with a very small loss this morning.
2. I feel dehydrated this morning. I didn't take in as much water as I normally do yesterday and I believe I took in too much salt. I will make adjustments for this today and going forward.
3. Exercise has got to start happening more consistently to be effective. I have a busy day planned, we shall see how it goes.
4. Physically, I feel a little run down, bloated, and in need of outside activity.
5. Mentally, I feel bored, and at the same time can not get my mind to relax. Lack of sleep during "normal" resting hours. Staring at the ceiling at 3:30 this morning while trying to fall asleep, I knew today's numbers were going to be a little off. I am really tired of dragging through my days.
6. Ketosis reading was 48 this morning...that's in and up from yesterday. got to get that number higher!
7. Blood sugar at 108 mg/dL. Had trouble getting a drop of blood big enough to measure this morning. Had to prick my fingers 5 different times to get a good reading. Dehydration issues, I think.
8. Blood Pressure at 138/91 @ 90 bpm.
9. Still need to go fishing. My plans for this weekend fell through. So, today we make new plans in earnest to make tomorrow better.
10. FYI...Steak night was wonderful. And no, I did not eat the whole steak. I have some yummy leftovers for today.
