After two weeks of mostly being up a pound or more, I was within .2 of my maintenance weight. So weighing in today. *sigh* Ack! I just realized it is Sunday. That means I missed a webinar with Chris Kresser yesterday. I am so lame. The DH was out of town for a few days and I just lost track of days. I was really looking forward to it. :( I made kalua pork yesterday and it is wonderful. The bacon really makes a difference and it had totally disappeared by the time the cooking was done. I look forward to eating it all week!
