Still trucking along.
1. down another pound today. :-)
2. Got in a good 1 hour walk last night with my youngest sister and her dog. We plan to make that a nightly thing.
3. consumed just over 2,000 kcal yesterday of the over 4,500 available.
4. sleep time was off last night and surprisingly, I had a hard time winding down. I couldn't fall asleep till well after 3 am. I went to bed about 11 pm. :-(
5. My Ketosis is really picking up. My Acetone breath reading was a 54 this morning. Best yet!
6. Blood Sugar was down again today @ 105. Still higher than I want but, It has dropped 2 days in a row now that I have started getting a little exercise.
7. Blood Pressure this morning was 127/87 @ 98 bpm. Better but still to high and inconsistent.
8. My mental state is about the same but, I am encouraged by the 12 pounds lost so far. I am physically feeling a little better each day.
9. Life goes on...one day at a time.
