Good morning! I weigh 220.6 pounds upon waking. I can hear a hawk, As it is communicating to "whom",I am not sure. Beautiful birds, I believe I mostly see red tails though I don't know how to identify. I sometimes find fluffs of feathers in the yard, sure sign of a snack and occasionally I can hear a squirrel protesting loudly as it's picked off from high in the trees.
I slept about eight hours, getting up several times to urinate, so sleep quality was moderate. I woke with some confusion and pain and a feeling of general disturbance. Suspect that Keppra is still exerting its effects, plus My digestive system has been whacked for probably about a week. So, I doubled my calcium citrate this morning, and also adding NoSalt (Potassium chloride) to my coffee. Considering adding additional oil varieties to my lipids intake, currently I am exclusively taking coconut oil. Intend to once again purchase hemp oil, as I think I tolerated it well plus may have additional benefits. In addition, I need to review my calcium intake, and my sodium intake; may need to increase both. Believe my water intake is sufficient. Need to continue exercise. One source suggested reducing fiber intake, which I can't wrap my head around, as I believe additional fiber is needed while on a strict high fat intake. I have been eating at least a teaspoon of my sauerkraut, daily.
I did go poop this morning so that's an improvement. 2 cups of coffee and magnesium citrate=relief! And it was good quality. 😏Make note to be mindful of a blowout, LOL.😳
Purchased another small container of coconut oil yesterday at the hippie market +4 tofus and a bit of vegetables.
So, to wrap up; increase and monitor electrolyte consumption and water intake. Work hard to keep the fat proportion hi, while moderating protein consumption, for increased Ketone body formation. Moore suggests 2 g of protein per kilogram body weight as maximum protein. Let's check the math: my weight equals 220 pounds:
220#/2.2kg/#=100kg*2g/kg=200g protein/day.Seems way high!
