Today was a very good day for me! I was at my friends and I did step on the scale! And it was showing 203.5!!!!! I think this diet is working! So thank you for Dr K who scared the hell out of us with our heart health and told us what diet we have to do! It is hard to follow but if it's work on our waith than I hope it will help our hart to get better! :)
