OMG! I'm impressed. Don't usually lose in a week, especially since I've spent much of it in bed. Feeling very lethargic. Read up on blood sugar and that is a symptom of high blood sugar. Fortunately my sugar has not been high. In the low 120s for most readings this week. Today's a great day. Blood sugar 109, Weight down 1.5 lbs (1.0 kg). Considering over a year ago it was 330 and my sugars were in the high 200s and 300s. All my labs were off the chart and now they are all normal except the A1C, but it has gone from 13 to 8.5 at my last labs so I'm pleased.
