Don't beat yourself up. You just started and 5 lbs is great! How often are you weighing? I STRONGLY suggest only weighing once a week. There are far too many flucuations that happen even through the course a of a day to get an accurate picture of what you're losing. It's also best to weigh on the same day of the week, time of day, location and with about the same clothing. Also have to remember for us, women, we have a certain time of the month that will make us retain water like nobody's business. Don't get discouraged, you're doing a great job!!!
