BG before Breakfast was 105. bg after breakfast 136. I am thinking I may need to take about 0.15 units with breakfast. I really would like to go get some ham and cheese for lunch but i am so close to getting where i want to be. I will just eat my salmon and nuts which is sounding really good right now. I am only 6.9 pounds from being in the 120s OMG i haven't been there well for as long as i can remember. it was before high school i know that! I think i have found my moviation!!! BG before lunch 105 BG after Lunch and dark chocolate snack is 130. to 0.2 units with the chocolate! love dark chocolate and it is perfect for me because i can only eat a little (70%).

6.9 pounds- that is nothing. You're gonna be in the 120's in no time. Keep up the good work. Ohh and by the way, salmon and nuts sounds so much better than ham and cheese :))
