Last night’s Chinese New Year’s celebration was a lot of fun. I stuck mostly to plan but may have had one too many bacon wrapped water chestnuts. The gym was really busy again this morning and I couldn’t get an elliptical so I used the treadmill instead. I managed 2 miles @ 5.5 mph without stopping which is better than I could have ever done in the past. I am going to try and work my way up to 3.1 miles (e.g. 5k) so I will be ready for a St. Patrick’s day run in March.
