Week 4 of In it Together:
Break/fast - 2pm to 9pm
Calories - 1834
Week 1 of Diddly Squats
Squats - Rest day, but I did 30 (2x15) anyway so not to lose momentum.
Water 56 oz. as of 9:30 pm, drinking another 14 for 70.


Extra-fasted yesterday with about 18 oz. vegetable/fruit juice, black coffee (watered-down, instead of milk) and one 10 calorie soda and lots of water for 349 calories. And the calories were all in a 6-hr window. Worried that my "reasonably well" compliance this week was more reasonable than well. I was strict with the calories yesterday. I went over my rdi calories of 1700 twice this week (finally learned what rdi stands for). When I add and divide the numbers over the last 7 days, I see I was under weekly rdi for only 2044 calories. So it's a wonder any poundage loss (3500=1#) even showed up on my vintage scale. Well, I'm down 1 pound and that's something.
