This morning started pretty good, my sugars were 88 and I'm down a pound. I've been trying to do a lot more exercise. All week, I've planned out my meals and stayed at 20 carbs. When I'm done, I run upstairs and brush my teeth. Don't like to eat after I brush my teeth at night, so that helps me not snack. Anyway, today I gave myself a treat, Alaskan Crab leg and salad for dinner. Also made sure I had enough carbs left for some dessert. Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake yum, I enjoyed it immensely. All in all a very good day. Gotta say eating LCHF is really working for me, not feeling deprived or that I'm "dieting" at all. This is a way of life that I could do long term. Next month I go to the doctor and check my A1C, if that shows improvement too, I will be EXTREMELY happy.
