Good Afternoon, my FS Friends. I traded in my digital scale for an analog one a couple of months back. I'm not interested in seeing my weight fluctuate by 0.5 pounds. I figure that if the weight loss is significant enough, an analog scale will show it. When it is all said and done, when I drop this 50 pounds by the end of the year, I am pretty sure the scale will show a 50 pound drop - give or take a couple pounds. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
BTW, my Ministry Review Board Mtg went great! They were there more for encouragement and support than for interrogation. Toodles!
