So, went to the gym today, only to realize that i have gained 2 pounds, why my weight is fluctuating is beyond me. However, it just inspired me to push harder because i better be at least 20 pounds lighter come April 1. No joke. Making changes to my eating habits, thinking of just having fruits for breakfast. So i'll have a banana or an apple. Then i'll wait until lunch time before i have anything else. Im a little sad, but when i think about it, i did pig out over the weekend and my diet only started two days ago so i shouldnt be too hard on myself. I'll keep u posted.

Hi! I just read your jurney for today and I did start mine in 2 days ago too! :) But don't be sad about that 2 pounds because the challenges what you signed up you will loose them faster than you think! So keep your head up and see you in the challenges! :) Gyongyi (Pearl)

:) Thank u! It's so comforting knowing that someone is reading what i'm putting here. I lost a pound at the end of the week, so i'm happy. I know you'll do well, stay focused and all the best.
