So, went to the gym today, only to realize that i have gained 2 pounds, why my weight is fluctuating is beyond me. However, it just inspired me to push harder because i better be at least 20 pounds lighter come April 1. No joke. Making changes to my eating habits, thinking of just having fruits for breakfast. So i'll have a banana or an apple. Then i'll wait until lunch time before i have anything else. Im a little sad, but when i think about it, i did pig out over the weekend and my diet only started two days ago so i shouldnt be too hard on myself. I'll keep u posted.
