Another pound lost since last week. I would've liked for it to have been 2 with all of this clean eating and water consuption. I guess it's true when they say weight loss is harder after you hit 40yrs. But I won't dwell on it. I'm moving on and praising God for mental and spiritual growth and clarity on this healthy mind body and spirit journey.
