Today I'm looking to make the most significant difference I can in my work. How? Determine where the biggest impact will be and focus on one thing at a time. Otherwise it's overwhelming and I go all "OOOH SQUIRREL!" on my day.
Still in correction. Nice to see it going back down but consistency will be the key. Started back on my thyroid meds and need to be consistent there too as it plays a big part in how I feel and how healthy I stay.
Well and I won't let myself go back to the doc until I'm consistent with the meds and drop some weight LOL.
