Feeling quite energentic and motivated- wish I could stay on holidays forever! Am finding I feel quite hungry between meals often, but getting used to it and then sometimes end up eating quite late. I am managing to eat healthy snacks and say "no" to things I don't need- wish Tony could do the same!
