Weeeellll, I've been away for awhile, and boy, does it show:( What happens when you get some less than good news at work on Thanksgiving week? Apparently a 4-lb weight gain:( I found out that the law professor I do the most work for has been "asked" to retire; offered a nice package and will keep teaching as an adjunct. Good for him, but the legal publication he and I work on will have to go away - and that's like 80% of my job! I've been told that, since another admin has announced she plans to retire next year, that I will likely stay on. Well that's nice, but obviously my job will be changing, into what I'm not sure. Well, just have to roll with it I guess. Get back to tracking, exercising and (hopefully) some lower-cal eating. Seems like that last one is the tough one right now. I can eat food when I'm not only NOT hungry, but actually quite full. We ended up at Olive Garden last night, I got the pasta bowl with meatballs & asked for a box because I KNEW I couldn't eat all of it. But that didn't stop me from having the black tie mousse cake. Yeah, stress is killer in more ways than one!
