Same problem here. Stick to your diet but throw in a day of 1/2 boiled chicken breast & maybe an apple or grapefruit - you'll lose. Drink lots of water & you won't be hungry. Or have 2 boiled eggs & 1/2 grapefruit for all 3 meals for one day & you'll drop the build up of salt/fluid retention.
