Keto Flu!
Woke up this morning feeling like DOOKIE!!! But I'm muscling through it and doing great! Weigh-in this morning says great things! But as with the first week or so; I'm quite sure it's water weight and it will taper off soon. Even still; very glad to see the numbers going down and feeling great (other than the Keto Flu).
I'm researching Thanksgiving low(er) carb options for some of my faves; like cranberry sauce. I'm going to attempt to keep the thanksgiving day under 70 grams carbs (and other days between 40-50). And I feel like this is a very do-able goal.
I've also already started my TG menu and shopping lists. Preparation is KEY!
