Down a signifcant amount this morning. About 3/4 of a pound. This is a good start to the week. BMI is now at 24.8. According to the Hall's web site, I'm at the 28th percentile compared to others of the same height and age. So 72 percent of 55 year old men of my age are overweight or obese. That says something worrisome. Given that I'm just under the boundary of the normal range.

I've got just eight and a half pounds to my goal, at which point I have to keep myself in maintenance ad infinitum. That will be interesting.

Not far now! Hope you are feeling way better. Are you back to work? Think I asked that already but better to ask twice and be sure I suppose.

Thank God you've shifted out of the 72%!!! Take good care of you! and WELL DONE on getting right back at it to finish this phase of the 'loss' journey! Maintenance is not bad at all! Just requires you to pay attention...all the time! :)

Thanks for the good thoughts. I wish I could get back to a regular schedule of exercise, but that's not possible right now. One weekend which included moderate walking wiped me out. That's not good. But I am on the mend.

No worries, you have nothing but time on your side!!! Healing and recovering so you continue to do well, is much more important! The weight will come off...and you'll be dreading exercise daily like the rest of us, soon enough!! LOL! Much Love.
