First day back to LCHF. My goal is going to be under 50g carbs a day. Because to be honest - 20-30 is really fu*king hard to do.
To say that I am utterly astonished is an understatement. My official re-start weigh in is actually UNDER where I was last time I was really "working it". Up until this last week I was still being "low-ish" carb. I wasn't going hog-wild and stuffing my face all the time. This last week has been my biggest binge since August. So maybe I've got a pretty good handle on this. The really exciting thing, is that I think I finally can say when I"m down to a more appropriate weight for me I will actually be able to maintain it. Soooo THAT is an exciting prospect.
Next goal is 163# for my birthday. At the moment that is 50 days and 15.6lbs away. I'm gonna kill it!
