I'm officially moving into the mind-shift way of thinking: healthy eating - better choices.
Last week gradually picked up to where I had such a good weekend! Plus, healthy eating makes me feel great and full of energy and not so tired!!
Not a 100% yet, but know that I'm getting there...
It's just such a contrast - to where I eat healthy and the scale still moves up. Still have to get my head around that one (and learn to relax when I see those big numbers I'm not used to) :-)
Anywho. Loving the healthy gut and increased energy!
