Oi :-( Did not have a good weekend...
Though I'm staying away from most carbs (because it physically makes me feel sick and I even experience pain after eating most carbs), I started eating sweets... Not so good. And the whole reason I'm documenting things here on FS, is to stay healthy with my intake...
So! Here goes to another week: ps. I'm on 16 weeks today.

:-) No not cutting out everything. Just the stuff that makes me feel icky. But I'm not eating enough vedge and protein. Gotta focus hard on getting that right. I've really let go on any healthy options since I got pregnant... But still 5 months to go, so gotta get it right for baby's sake.
