I wrote down everything I ate...no counting or adding up...just to be aware...trying not to use it as a way to beat myself up for mistakes...just to be aware of what I am doing...and if I am going to splurge,to slow down and really enjoy it and possibly not eat as much. This is a behavior change for me, and will take awhile to become my own. As they say, one day at a time. I seem to have more trouble drinking enough water. I remember late in the day, too late to be drinking lots of water...if you know what I mean....any suggestions..thx
