scales didn't move which is a good thing. I had a very challenging weekend. had some things I shouldn't have but controlled portion. Had 2 glasses of wine last night. My head feels like it was 2 bottles.
Off to body combat now. Gotta pay for it lol.

Well done you for going to Body Combat! That is a hard class! I had a very challenging weekend too... in this together me thinks :)

Yeah we are in this together! Body combat is a hard class. I do low impact moves. Instead of running scissors I do squats. Good instructor makes a big difference.. Happy you and I are back on board together. Keep it up you are doing great. Hope you have a good day 😀😀

Awww, it's okay to treat yourself occassionaly- just keep in mind that it's not your lifestyle and therefore it is fine. That workout sounds brutal just going off the name lol 😂
