Water Fast Day #7
I have a great Ketosis this morning! 80 mg/dL!
I never seen the ketostix so dark.
I'm feeling good so far, I finally can see my weight under 60kg which is so great for me.
The psychological impact of this fast has been very beneficial for me at day7 and looking forward to more!
