Well there you go!!! the scales have gone up... I can't believe it!! oh well, maybe weight watchers is not for me!! I have even started to cut out carbs such as bread, potato, and dry biscuits!! i'll give it another couple of weeks and then i'll see what my plan will be.. i still am feeling really good though..
